This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Fragranceocandle. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Service Nature
Fragranceocandle provides custom design and consultation services for outdoor spaces. Our services are primarily consultative and design-focused, involving personalized planning, plant selection, and design recommendations tailored to each client's specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation Services
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. No-shows will be charged the full consultation fee.
Design Services
Design projects may be cancelled at any time, but fees are charged based on work completed:
- If cancelled before design work begins: Full refund of any deposit, minus consultation fees
- If cancelled after initial design concepts: Deposit retained, additional work billed at hourly rate
- If cancelled after design approval: All fees paid are non-refundable
Installation Services
Installation services may be cancelled with the following terms:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before scheduled installation: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellation 3-7 days before installation: 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancellation less than 3 days before installation: Deposit is non-refundable
Refund Policy
Design Services
Due to the custom nature of our design services, refunds are generally not available once design work has been delivered and approved. However, we will work with clients to address concerns and make reasonable revisions within the scope of the original agreement.
Plant Materials
Plants and materials purchased through our services are subject to the following return policy:
- Plants may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in original condition and have not been planted
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase
- Plants that have been planted or show signs of damage due to improper care are not eligible for return
- Refunds for returned plants will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 business days
Installation Services
If you are not satisfied with installation services, please contact us within 14 days of completion. We will:
- Inspect the installation to address any concerns
- Make reasonable corrections at no additional charge if issues are due to our workmanship
- Consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for significant issues that cannot be resolved
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consultation services
- Design work that has been delivered and approved
- Custom-ordered plants or materials that cannot be resold
- Services cancelled due to client failure to provide necessary access or information
- Plants or materials that have been damaged due to improper care or maintenance
